Next button is disabled (program does not let me progress forward)
  • Make sure you have viewed all the content. Next button will be grayed out until you have viewed all the content

Program is crashing or logging out
  • This usually happen if two or more users are trying to access the course using one account. Do not share your username and password with others.
Log in won't work
  • Check the URL to ensure that you are on the correct website: https://trubicarsalberta.ca/auth/mfa/login.php
Forgot password not sending any emails
  • Check your spam/junk folder to see if the reset password instructions went there
  • Ensure that you are entering the correct email address
Not receiving confirmation email
  • Check your spam/junk folder
